AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE RATE OF COLLECTION
IN STREET IMPROVEI,IENT DISTRICT NO. 492 OF
TIM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARI- iNSAS.
WSEREAS, the annual rate of collection_ in
Improvement District No. 492 is now eight per cent (8 %), which
will produce more money than is needed for the bonds and in-
terest maturities;
TEEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDaINED by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks
or other subdivisions of land within said Street Improvement
District No. 492 be and they are hereby assessed according to
the assessment list for said improvement district as the same
now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City cif
Little Rock, and the same may be annually readjusted by the
Board of Assessors, and that seven per cent (7 %) of said
assessments of the value of the benefits on each of said lots,
blocks or other subdivisions of land in said district shall
be paid annually on or before the 1st day of October of each
year, beginning October 1, 1929, until the whole of said
assessments has been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
-ordinance shall he in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
