An Ordinance reducing the levy for the year 1930 and succeeding
years on assessments of benefits tie assessed on the several
blocks, lots and parcels of land located in Street Improvement
District 365 in the City of Little Rock, Ark.
Whereas by Ordinance No. 3406 passed by this Council and
approved by the Honorable Mayor on the 14th day of January 1924
The lots and parcels of land located in Street Improvement District
365 of the City of Little Rock were assessed an annual assessment
of 'I of the assessment of value of benefit of each of said
bloc s, lots and parcels of land located in said District, and
Whereas it is found that said annual levy for each year,
beginning with the year 1930 can be reduced from 8g to 6g and
derive sufficient funds with which to pay its obligations as
they mature : -

Section 1- That said Ordinance No. 3406 be and,the same is
hereby amended so as to levy a annual assessment for the year
1930 and subsequent years of 6� of said assessment of values of
benefits of each of said blocks, lots and parcels of land instedd
of 80 as therein provided.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall tare eftet
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
