AN ORDINANCE Lt' 'iYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, INTO A SEWER IMPROVE -
MENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SEWER DISTRICT NUMBER
// XV AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES.
Whereas, more than ten (10) owners of real property
in that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
hereinafter described_ have petitioned. the City Council to take
steps toward the making of local improvements therein by forming
the territory hereinafter described into an improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set out.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That said Sewer Improvement District Number
114 in the City of Little Rock be, and the same is created and
established for the purpose of constructing and building a sanitary
Sewerage System with the necessary Laterals to serve the territory
embraced in the said Improvement District, the repairing of such
laterals already in service, of acquiring rights -of -way for the sewer
lines, and of providing an adequate outlet for the said sewerage system,
even beyond the limits of the said District if deemed advisable by the
toard of Improvement, the lines of the said Sewerage System to begin
terminate, be located and constructed�in the places, in the manner, and
of the materials and with such disposal plants whether located within
or without the limits of the said district that the Board of Improvement
of the said District may deem for the best interest of the said District,
In the City of Little Rock, Arkansas in accordance with an act of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled, "An Act to Regulate
Local Improvements in the Cities of the First Class," approved March 22,
1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of said district shall
embrace the following pr op -rty;
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 20: Lots 6 and 7,
Block 19; Lots 1, 2, 3, 40 5, 6, 7, 8, and. 9, '- '.lock
23; Lots 1, 2, J, 4, 51 61 7, 8, and 9, Block 25;
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 21; Lots 7, 8,
9, 10, 11 and 12, - 11ccIc 28; Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
and 12, Block 29; all of Blocks 22, 26, 27, 30, 31,
and 32; all in Park View Addition to the City of
Little Rock;
The 5714 of the 5114, Section 30, Township 2 ITorth,
Range 12 71est ;
All of Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14 19 20 21 22p 23 24 25 26p 27 28 29 and
30, all in Mountain Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock;
The S74 of the I1"14, Section 31, Township 2 North,
Range 12 'Pest;
Section 2: That ::all ordinances and parts of ord.inan-
ces in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and. after its passage, and
the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date
of its passage to publish the same in sone newspaper published in
the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
