' AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE ARKANSA'l WATER COMPANY
TO INSTALL A STANDARD LUDLO'7 FIRE HYDRANT AT
OZARK AND N. WOODRO,W STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1.
The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered and
directed to install a standard Ludlow fire hydrant on
the north side of Ozark Avenue at the intersection of
Woodrow Street.
SECTION 2.
This hydrant is ordered in accordance with
Section 8 of Ordinance No.3290, passed August 13,1923
and as amended by Ordinance No.3442 passedl�larch 24,
1924, and as amended by Ordinance No.4356 passed Tuly
9, 1928.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar
.... as they conflict with this ordinance.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
