AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LOCATION OF CURB AND GRADE
1EINVATIONS OY NORTH STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the curb on the north side of North stre(
along Block 359, Original City of Little Rock,, be moved north ap-
proximately four and one— half(4j) feet for the purpose of widening
the street.
Section 2. That the grade of the curb be and the same
are hereby established as the grade of the present sidewalk.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force ,and effect from and after its passage.
