AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE ERECTION OF
A TEMPORARY STUCCO BUILDING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST
CAPITOL AVENUE AND BROADWAY, ASD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI11ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Engineer is hereby
instructed to issue,to Emily Garwood and Sybil Watts, a permit
for the erection of a stucco building at the southwest corner
of West Capitol Avenue and Broadway, upon payment of the usual
fee; the construction to be under the supervision of the City
Engineer.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, and all ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
only insofar as to permit the erection of this building at the
location named.
