ORDINANCE NO. 4401.
An ordinance increasing the rate of annual collection
of assessment of benefits in Street Improvement District No, 599.
WHERSAS, the present rate of annual collection in Street
Improvement District No. 399 does not yield enough revenue to pro-
vide an adequate margin of safety over the annual requirement fo]r
bonds and interest payment;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Little Hook, Arkwwas:
SECTION 1: That the said several lots, blocks, parcels
or other sub- divisions of real property within the said Street

Improvement District No. 599 be and they are hereby assessed
according to the assessment list for said Improvement District
as the same now remains in the offiee of the City Clerk of the
City of Little Rook and as the same may be annually re- adjusted
by the Board of *ssessers, and that six (6 %) persent= of said
assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said lots,
blocks, parcels or other sub- divisions of real property in said
District shall be paid annually on or before the 15th day of
Naroh of each year, beginning with Maroh 15, 1959, until the
whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
In oenfliet herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
