ORDINANCE N0. 4397.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE TO G.W.SHERRILL
OF A PERMIT FOR GASOLINE FILLING STATION AND STORE BUILDINGS AT
NORTHEAST CORNER OF WRIGHT AND PARK AVENUES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the City Engineer is hereby
instructed to issue to G. W. Sherrill, upon payment of the usual
fees, a permit for the erection of a gasoline filling station
and store buildings at the northeast corner of Wright and Park
Avenues.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby amended so as to
permit the issuance of a permit for these buildings at the
location named, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
