ANT ORDINANCE ES"'ABL ISHING THE WIDTH BETWEEN CURBS, AND GRADE
ELEVATIONS, OF CERTAIN STREETS TO BE IMPROVED IN STMM IMPRO"JE-
MENT DISTRICT N0. 504.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas:
Section 1. That the width between curbs of the following
streets be and the same is hereby established as follows:
Vernon avenue from Markham street to Linden street ...... 30 feet
Linden street from Pearl avenue to the alley in Blk. 3,
Young's Park Addition .......... 30 feet
Section 2. That the grades of all streets to be improved
in Street Improvement District Yo. 504 be, and the same are hereby
established as shown on plans filed in the office of the City
Engineer.
Section 3. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, e-nd this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
