ORDINANCE w. 4387 .
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ONE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($100.00) TO MISS HELENA ANTHE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE Rod:
Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of the
General Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rock for the purpose
Of payment to Miss Helena Anthe because of personal injuries
sustained by her by falling into an open manhole on the corner
Of Fourteenth Street and Park Lane, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to issue the Cityls'warrant therefor,
payable as they deem for the best interest of the City.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passe e.
