AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4372, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That Section 50 of Ordinance No.4372
be, and the same is hereby, amended in its entirety to read as
follows:
"Section 50. Every Master Plumber registered
under this ordinance shall give a cash bond to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars 0100.00); saie
bond to be for the use of the City of Little Rock to insure
proper refilling of excavations and replacement of paving as
provided in Ordinance No. 1011, and ordinances amendatory there-
to."
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances, only insofar as they conflict herewith, are hereby
repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
