AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING
THE MMICATION 47 CERTAIN STREETS AND
AT TO M CITY 08 LITTLE ROCK a, ARKANSAS .
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. That the dedication of the streets and alleys
in the Gity of Little Rock, Arkansas, in Boulevard Terrace
Annex and in Boulevard Terrace Annex No.2, and in Oak Hurst
' Additions to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as shorn by the
bills of assurance, dedications and plats of said additions, and
the dedication of parts of Jefferson Street, as shown by the
dedieatiori .az# plat exikquOd October 3, 1928, by Nettie F.
Riffel, all of which bills of assurance, dedications and plats
are now on file in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder
for Pulaski County, Arkansas, be and the same are hereby accept
ad and confirmed by the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
< < 8000 E. All ordinances and parts of ord adnow in as*-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
