AN ORDIJIjZCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2 5 8 8, AND F IKING
A LICENSE FEE FOR TILE X%ND BRICK BROKERS, AND FOR OTHER FUiPOSEB.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUP CIL OF THE CITY OV LITTLE ROCK, ARK
Section 1. That^Ordinance Ito. 2588 be, and the same is hereby
amended
" That all Tile & Brick Brokers not carrying a stock but main -
taining an office in the City of Little Rook shall pay a license fee
of 6V50.00 per annum. "
Section 2. The license fee prescribed herein shall be payable
and collectable at the time and in the same manner as now prescribed
or provided for in said Ordinance No. 2588.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall not conflict with or
repeal arrj part of Ordinance No. 2588 but is supplemenyary thereto.
section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect 3rl from and after its passage.
