ORDINANCE N0._ 4354
AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGi ORDINANCE NO. 4349 OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That Sections 3 and 5 of
No. 4349, passed June 25,,'1928, be and the same Ire hereby
amended to read as follows;
"Section 3. That the said William Kranz, Jr.,
shall permit all property owners to connect with said sewer
upon payment, to the City Collector, of the sum of Fifty Dollars
($50.00) for each lot,by the person or persons desiring to make
such connection; Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00) of said sum to be
for William Kranz, Jr., and Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00) for
Sewer Improvement District No. 93.
The City Collector is hereby
"Section 5.
designated as "collector* of the sum or sums provided for in
Section 3 hereof, for each connection for each lot connected
therewith, and he shall retain three per cent (W for the use
and benefit of the City of Little Rock, and the balance shall
be equally divided and paid to William Kranz, Jr, his heirs or
assigns, and the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
No. 93.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
