Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas:
Section 1. That the width between curbs of the following
streets be and the same is hereby established as follows:
West Tenth street —Brown street to Talentine street....... 24 feet
Erown street —Tenth to Eleventh streets ................... 24 feet
Section 2. That the r rades of all streets to be improved
in Street Improvement
District No.
497 be,
and
the dame are hereby
established as shown
on the plans
filed in
the
office of the
City Engineer.
Section 3 � All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith ar ,hereby repealed,. and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect fro -: and. after its pa,ssaF.e.
