AN ORDINANCE REQUIRIYG THE PROPERTY O0TERS OF REAL
PROPERTY ABUTTIYG ON THE EAST SIDE OF HIGH STREET, BETWEEN
SEVENTH MID EIGHTH STREETS, TO LAY AND MAINTAIN A COICHETE
SIDE TALK ALONG SUCH PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 1. That the owner or owners of any property
abutting on the east side of High street, between Seventh:
and Eighth Streets, be and they are hereby required to build
within sixty days from the passage of this ordinance, and to
maintain a concrete sidewalk along such property where the
same abutts upon the said High street, between the points
herein named, of the kind and material in 'accordance with the
specifications required by ordinance and within the time
herein s 'oecified; the said construction of the sidewalk
shall be under the supervision of the City EnE_;ineer.
