ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PLAT P41"ASSURANCE FILED
THE PROPERTY OWNERS IN BLOCK 1 , CITY 01? LITTLE ROCK,
ESTABLISHING AN ALt4M_Aj°i0F UN FORM WIDTH THEREIN, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
ARMti Whereas, the public records of City of Little Rook
do not contain an official plat of Block 169 of the City of
Little Rock, and,
WHEREAS, the alle

WHEREAS, said alleyway as now existing is of varying widths
through said Block 169, due to the fact that certain garages,
sheds, buildings, fences and other improvements as now located on
the lots in said block abutting on said alleyway have been so
platted and erected that some approach the exact center of said
block nearer than others, and,
WHEREAS, all of the olm ers of lots or parts of lots in said
Block 169 City of Little Rock have joined in a Bill of Assurance

and Plat of said Block and have agreed to establish said alleyway
$0, that same shall hereafter be and remain a uniform width through
said Block 169,
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City
Section 1.
of Little RockS That the Plat and Bill of Assurance above mentioned
and set forth be and the z ame is hereby accepted, by the City of
Little Rock, and that said alleyway running through said Block 169
from North to South shall forever hereafter be and remain of a uni-
form width of twelve feet through said Block end that said alleyway
shall forever remain open as a public passageway through said Block
and that no obstructions shall be placed therein,

and effect from and after its passage.
