ORDINANCE N0. 4331 .
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY -
EIGHT DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($348.50) FOR THE REPAIR OF MOTOR
EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE STATION NUMBER 2 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and
Forty -eight Dollars and Fifty Cents ($348.50), or as much
thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the
General Revenue Fund, of the City of Little Rock, for the
purpose of repairing motor equipment of Station No. 2 of the
Fire Department, of the City of Little Rock; and the Mayor and

the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue, to W. H. Lewis
Manufacturing Company, the Cityts warrant or warrants therefor,
in such amounts as they deem for the best interests of the City.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
