A ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2598 FIXING A LICENiZ FZZ

o STREET PAVING CONTRACTORS AND SEWER CONTRACTORS AND OTHZR
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION. 1.. Thy -" tdinance No. 2581 it
to read: —All Paving Contractors and Sewer Contractors operating
in the City of Little Rook shall pay the following:
Street pairing contractors operating in the City of
Little Rock shall pay annually $150.00. All Sewer contractors
operating in Little Rock shall pay annually $75.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall not conflict
with or repeal any part of Ordinance No. 2585 but is
supplementary thereto.
SECTION 3. That the license fee prescribed herein
shall be payable and collected at the time and in the manner now
Provided in Ordinance #2598.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect 30 days from and after the date of its passage.
