situated in said district, equals or exceeds the local assessment

THE CITY CF LInTLL ROCK:
Section 1: That the sd d several blocks, lots and parcels
of real t ropert , railroad and railroad right- of -wa,-1 in said
} Improvement District TTumber 485 of little mock, Arkansas, be, and
they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list as the
I»,esame now remains in ti.e office of the City Clerk of the City of
Tittle hack, and as the same may be armually readjusted by the
3oard of "assessors, and that seven and one -half (72) per cent-am of
said assessment of the value of benefits to each of said blocks, lots
and parcels of land, railroads and railroad rights -of -way shall be paid
on or before the first day of September of each gear until the whole
of said local assessment shall have been paid, the first payment to
be made on or beforeeptember 1, 1928, and said local assessment shall
I be a charge and a lien a,;ainst all the real propert�r i.rl said distz•ict
from the date of this ordinance and shall be entitled to preference
over all judgments, executions, encumbrances, or liens v ren.soever
created, until such local assessment, with any per alt, and cost that
may accrue thereon, sl.all be paid; provided, as between grantor and
grantee, all payments not due at the date of the transfer of such
real propert,r shall be payable by the grantee.
