`I;HERM, more than ten owners of real property
within that portion of little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to
take steps toward the making of local improvements therein
by forming the district hereinafter described into an improve-
ment district for the purposes hereinafter set out,
TIEREF ORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY TTY CITY COUNCIL OF
Tt CITY OF LITTIE ROCK:
Section 1. That Street Improvement District No.
00 of the City of Little Rock be and the same is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local im-
provements therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering
and paving the following streets:
Spring Street from the South line of West
23rd Street to the North line of 'lest
31st Street as platted in liberty Hill Addition;
Nest 26th Street from the East line of Broadway
Street to the nest line of fain Street;
and the draining of the following streets:
'lest 27th Street lying North of Spring Street
Addition; West 28th Street lying North of Dean
Adams Addition; West 29th Street lying
of Dean Adams Addition;
all to be done in such manner and with such materials as the

commissioners shall to be for the best interests of the
district, in the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, in accordance
with an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas
entitled "An Act to regulate local improvements in cities
of the first class" , apptoved 11areh 22, 1881, and amendments
thereto; that the boundaries of said district shall include
the following property:
The East half of Block 23; the u "lest half of
Block 22; all in r ulton's Addition.
Lot 6 of Block 4• Lots 10 and 11 of Block 3;
-all in E. W. Gib �i Is Addition.

The 'Test half of Block 27 including Lots
1, 2, 3 and 4 of y- cCoppin's Sub. Div. of
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of Block
27, Ful.ton's South Addition.; Blocks 25 and 26;
all in Fulton's South Addition.
The South half of Block 1; all of Block 4; all
in Retan's Addition. - 1 . _ _
All of spring Street Addition.
All of Dean Adams Addition,
Block 1; the West half of Block 2; all in Liberty
Hill Addition.
Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 1; the south half and

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herwwith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from
the date of its passage to publish the same in some newspaper
published in the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
