AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 4869 FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO
NEW FORD AUTOMOBILES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION I. That eight hundred and sixty nine
dollars ($869.00) be and is hereby appropriated out of
the general revenue funds of the City of Little Rock
for the purchase of two Ford automobiles for the Police
Department. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ised to issue City warrant or warrants to Shoemaker Bale
Auto Co. in such amounts and on such dates as they deem
for the best interests of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
