That all of the real property situate within the following boundarios,to -wit: Lots 1, 2 and 3, in Block 3; Lots 1, 2, and 3, in Block 4; Patrick Powers Addition. Begin at,a point on the west property line of Allis Street 150 feet south of the south property line of West 8th Street, thence go west to the east property line of Brown Street; thence go north along said line to the south property line of West 8th Street; thence pa saat along said line to the west property line of Allis Street; thence go south along said line to the point of beginning.
