AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK INTO AN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO
B& KNOWN AS CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVAiENT DISTRICT
NO OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, rArs than ten owners of real property in that portion of the
City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter described, have
'peiAd#Nk the City Council to take steps toward the making of a local improvement
in said city by forming said territory into an improvement district for the
purposes hereinafter not Jbrth.
NOW THEREME, Be it Ordained by -the pity Ce escil o f the City o f Little

Section 1. Th-at all of the real property situate within the following
boundaries, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, in Block 3; Lots 1, 2, and 3,
in Block 4; Patrick Powers Addition.
Begin at a point on the west property line of Allis Street 150
feet south of the south property line of West 8th Street, thence
go west to the east property line of Brown Street; thence go north
along said line to the south property line of West 8th Street;
thence go east along said line to the west property line of Allis
Street; thence go south along said line to the point of beginning.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 18, 11, and 12, in Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and
12, in Block 2; Lots 1, 2, and 3, in Block 3; All in Marshall &
Co f ttnan' s Addition.
Lots 1, 2, and 3, in Block 1; Powers Addition.
