FOR OTHTa,R PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to break
or destroy electric street lights, owned and operated by the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, within its corporate limits.
Section 2. Any person violating section o:de of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction in the Little Rock 1.1anicipal Court, shall be fined
in any sum not less than A5.00 nor more than 025.00.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
