ORDINANCE N0. 4300.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SIX THOUSAND ($6,000) DOLLARS
OR AS MUCH THERE04 AS IS NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF
AN ASPHALT PLANT, AND FOR OTTER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCKS
SECTION I. That six thousand ($6,000) dollars
or as much thereof as is neces ary by and is hereby
•� appropriated out of the funds of the
City of Little Rock for the purchase of an Asphalt
Plant from the Chausse Oil Burner Co., and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue City
warrant or warrants therefor,to the Chausse Oil
Burner Co., in such amounts and at such times as
they deem for the best interests of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is to take effect
and.be in force from and after its passage.
