ORDINANCE NO. 4277 .
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK INN A STREET IMPR OV30 NT DIS-
TRICT TO B OWH AS STREET IMPROVEMENT DIS-
TRICT N0. , AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES
REOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward the making of local improvements therein by forming the
territory hereinafter described into an improvement district
for the purpose hereinafter set out,
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE'
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Street Improvement District No. 94
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of making local improvements
therein by grading, draining, ourbing51t& ,ng the following
street:
Bishop Street from the south property line of West 7th
Street to the North property line of Wright Avenue,
in the City of little Rock in a oQbrdanoe with an act of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An dot to
regulate local improvements in cities of the first class ",
approved March 22, 1881 and amendments thereto; that the boun-
daries of said district shall include the following property:
East Half of Blocks one (1) and twelve (12) of Faust
Additi n,
West h�f of Blooks Four hundred twelve (412) and
Four hundred thirteen (413) of Compton's Addition,
last half of Blooks one (1) and twenty -two (22) of
Marshall & Wolfe's Addition,
East half of Blooks three (3) and four (4) Lots one
(1) to six (6). inclusive, of Block One (1i, and Block
two (2), all in Fitzgerald Addition,
West half of Block four hundred nine (409) of Lincoln's
Addition,
East half of Blooks three (3), eleven (11), sixteen
(16), twenty -four (24), twenty -nine (29) and thirty -
seven (37); the west half of Blocks two (2), twelve
12), fifteen (15), twenty -five (25), twenty -eight
28) and thirty -eight (38) of Centennial Addition,

rots thirty -one (31 to forty (401, inclusive, of
Block forty -one (411; Lots one (1) to ten (10),
inclusive, of Block forty (40) of Ftiulk's Subdivision
of Blocks forty (40) and forty -one (41) of Centennial
Addition.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty (20) days after its
date of passage to publish the same in some newspaper published
in the City of little Rook for one (1) insertion.
