Whereas, the first petiti
No. 491 was submitted to the City Council of Little Rook with ten

THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C OUNC IL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 4248, laying off a certain portion
of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, into a local improvement
district and designating the bounds thereof, said district being
known as street improvement district No. 491 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed, and this ordinance shall become effective and be in force
from and after the date of its passage.
