AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN
PROP -:RTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BEING
LOTS 1, 2.* -3, 4, 5, 61 as 91 10, 11 and 12 Block
1 and Lots 7, 8, 91 10, 11, Block 9 ALL IN
SCHAERIS ADDITION TO NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
TO THE AIaiERICAN SOUTHER(rTRU -DT 0022AIurY, TRUSTEE
AND FOR OTH:,R PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAI;ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed
and authorized to execute and deliver a warranty deed in the name
Of the City of Little Rock to the American Souther Trust
Company, Trustee, conveying the following described property
to -Wit: Lots 1, 2, 3) 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 1
and Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 9 all in Schaer's Addition
to North Little Rock, A:Pkansa,s.
The Yayor and City Clerk are instructed to deliver
said deed to the said American Southern Trust Company, Trustee
upon the receipt of three thousand ($3)000.00) Dollars
cash from the said American Southern Trust Corm ny, Trustee.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 4250, passed November 28,
1927, and all other ordinances or part of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
