AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WIDTH OF STREET AND GRADE
ELEVATION OF BARTON STREET FROM SECOND STREET TO THE NORTH
LINE OF LOT 7, BLOCK 319 CAPITOL HILL EXTTNSION ADDITION,
CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of
littleCRock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the width of Barton street from Second
street to the north line of Lot 7, Block 31, Capitol Hill
Extension Addition be and the same is hereby established as
twenty -four (241) feet.
Section 2. That the grade of Barton street from Second
street to the north line of Lot 7, Block 31, Capitol Hill Ex-
tension Addition be and the same are hereby established as
shown on the plans filed in the office of the City Engineer by
the Engineer representing Street Improvement District #478.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
$,X. .t, herewith are hereby repealed, and the ordinance shall ba,.,.,
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
