PEOPLES SAVINGS BANK FOR EXID ENSES INCURRED IN

BE IT OR INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.,
Section 1. The sum of $250.00 is hereby appropriated out
of the general revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated, for the
purpose of reimbursing theNPeoples Savings Bank for expenses
incurred in t.a_tha+.Gj_ty of Little Rock in
m 75 000.00; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant therefor, said
warrant maturing at such time as may in their discretion seem
best, and payable to the Peoples Savings Bank of Little Rock, Ark.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
t`..� conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
