AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BEING LOTS 1, 21 31 4,
53, 6, 83% 91 10, 11 and 12, Block 1 and Lots 7, 8, 9, 10
and 11, Block 9 ALL IN SCHAERIS ADDITION TO NORTH LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO THE LITTLE ROCK ADVERTISING AND POSTING
COMPANY (OR JOHN P. BAIRD), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed and
authorized to execute and deliver a warranty deed in the name of
the City of Little Rock to the Little Rock Advertising and Posting
Company (or John P. Baird), conveying the following described
property to -wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 102 11 and 12, Block 1
and Lots 7, 80 9, 10 and 11, Block 9 all in Schaer's Addition to
North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Mayor and City Clerk are instructed to deliver said deed
to the said Little Rock Advertising and Posting Company (or John P.
Baird) upon the receipt of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars cash
from the said Little Rock Advertising and Posting Company (or John P.
Baird).
Section 2. Ordinance No. 3777, passed April 61 1925, and all
other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passage.
