ORDINANCE N0. 4246.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $347.50 FOR AUDIT AND
CONFERENCES PERTAINING TO AUDIT OF BOOKS OF
STREET IMPROVEMENT DIPTRICT NO. 349,/
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Forty— Severjand 50 /100
($347.50) Dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rock
for audit and conferences pertaining to audit of the books of Street
Improvement District No. 349.a -4,-eP
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue a warrant therefor payable to H.W.Hennegin Company of this city
of such maturity as they deem best.
Section 3. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
