City of Little Aock, Arkansas:
Section 1. Upon conveyance to the City of Little h ck
by the Pulaski Heights Land Company, by a .r warranty deed of
the tyro ravines located in Pulaski Heights, City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, shoiin on the plat or blue -print attached --iereto, the south
one of �.,.ihich contains approximately eighty acres, and the north one
of which contains approxirruately seventy acres, the liayor and City
Clerk of t«e City of Little bock are her by qut orized and directed

execute and deliver warranty deed in the name of said City, to
the' Pulaski Heights Land Company, to Lots One (1) to Six (6) in

clusive, in Block Fifteen (15), and Lots One (1) to Six (6)

sas, excepting therefrom the property heretofore conveyed by

deed to the Pulaski IIeights Land Company upon execution and de-
livery by the Pulaski heights Land Company, of a warranty
deed conveying. to the City of Little -Lock the two ravines and
tracts of land above described.
