OFIEREi,S, It has been determined that the annual rate of the
collects _n of the assessments of benefits in Annex No' 1 to
Street Improvement District No. 408, City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, may properly be reduced from 107 per annum to 82 per
annum and still provide sufficient funds with v.ri ch to meet the
expenses of said district(, therefore
