AN ORDINANCE LAYIL?G OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCY,
ARKANSAS, INTO A STREET I :'PR "1 STRICT, TO BE KNO L 1 AS STREET
IMRROVE_`EL'T DISTRICT NO
Whereas, ten owners of real property in that portion of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter described have petitioned the
City Council to take steps toward the making of a local improvement
in said city by forming said territory into an improvement district
for the purpose hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
.Section 1. That all the real property situated within 'the follow-
ing territory, to grit: N
Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 1; Lots 10 to 152 inclusive, Block 22
all in C. S. Stifff*s Addition to Little Roc'_; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive,
in Block. 1; Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, in Block 2; Lots 1, 2 and 3, in
Block 3; Lots 4, 5 and 6 in :"lock 4, all in Hicks Sub - Division of
blocks 1 and 2, north 2 of Block 3 and t he north -west 4 of Block 4
of Boonets Addition; Lots 10, 11 F.nd. 12 in Block 3 and Lots 7, 8 and
9 in Block 4, all in Boone's Addition to the City of Little Rock,

be formed into a local improve:iient district for the purpose of drain-
ing, curbing, grading, guttering nd na.ving
