AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS,INTO A STREET IWPROVEKENT DISTRICT,% BE KNOWN AS kir"Al

/ WHEREAS, tea owners of real property in that portion of the
City of Little Rook,hereinafter described,have petitioned the
City Council to take steps toward the making of a local im-
provement district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE,be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rook,Arkansas:
Section 1. That all the real eproperty situated within
the following territory, to -wit:
Barton Street from the North property line of West '
Second Street to the South property line of Blocks Rine (9)
and Ten (10) Capitol View Addition to the City of Little Rook,
Arkaneas,the territory to be embraced in said District to be
the East Half of Blocks Seven (7) and Ten (10) Capitol View
Addition to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,and the West
Half! of Blocks Eight (8) and Nine (9) Capitol View Addition
4o the City of Little Rook,Arkansas;
be formed into a local improvement district for the pur-
pose of paving Barton Street from the North property line of
West Second Street to the South property line of Blocks
Nine (9) and Ten (10) Capitol View Addition to the City of
Little Rook,Arkansas, the work to be constructed of such materidl
and in such manner as the commissioners to be appointed may it

Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
