A ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE TnE ST CF 41500.00 TO Z'FECT A
RAND SHELL IN TuE CITY PARK OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. TLle sum of $1500.00 is hereby appropriated
tut of the general revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated,
to be used.to erect a band shell in the City Park of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the 1�ayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to drag the neceasary warrant or warrants,
payable to the person, firm or corporation, to whom the contract
for the erection of ;.aid bard shell is let.
Section 2. Tits ordinance shall become effective from
and after the date of its passage.
