territory hereby annexed on t.e same basis as if said territory
had been included in the on -c•inal district, and shall file said
assessments with the City Clerk.

are hereby repealed and t!,,-is ordinan oe shall take of 'ect and
force from and after. its passage, and the City Clerk is
hereby ordered, within twenty days after the passable of this
ordinance, to publish same in some neasnaper r- iiblished in the
