j, AN ORDINANCE TO GOVERN THE LITTLE ROCK CURB MARKET,
AND FOR OTIOR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. The Little Rock Curb Market shall be a producers'
market and not a place to sell goods or articles bought elsewhere.
Section ?. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer
to sell at the Little Rock Curb Market any goods or attieles not
grown or produced by himself, his employees, or members of his im-
mediate family.
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer
to sell any goads or articles at the Little Rock Curb Market without
paying the market fee.
Seatioa,4. It shall be unlawful for any person to bring a dog or
dogs to the Little Rock Curb Market.
Section 5. Any person violating any of the sections of this ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined in any sum not less than $10.00 and Court
Costs, or more than $25.00 and Court Costs.
Section 6. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
