ORDINANCE NO. 4179.
AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE AN EXPENSE FUND FOR THE OFFICE OF
CITY ATTORNEY OF TIM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
B E' IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY C OUrTC IL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROOK:
Section 1. That the sum of "'75.00 per month is hereby
Appropriated to provide an expense fund for the office of
City Attorney to aid this office to efficiently handle the
�C. legal affairs of the city.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective and be
in force from and after the lst day of June, 1927, and the
City Collector is hereby authorized to pay to the City Attorney

on the lst day of each succeeding month the sum provided for
in section one of `this ordinance out of the general revenue
fund, not otherwise appropriated.
