Section 1. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered and
directed to install an eight (811) inch line in West 28th Street
from its present eight (8") inch line in Jefferson Street to
Harrison Street (Butler Street) and an eight (8 ") line in
West 10th Street from its present 8" line in Jackson 4treet to
Harrison Street (Butler Street) and install stairdard lud ovr
fire hydrants at the follo�ring locations.
West 28th and .1adison Streets
West 28th and Jackson Streets
Wiest 28th and Harrison Street (Butler Street)
West 10th and- iarris on Street (Butler Street)
Section 2. This line and hydrents are ordered in accordance wit 1i
Section 8 of Ordinance 3290, passed August 13, 1923, arid. as amend-
ed by Ordinance 1vo.3442, passed !arch 24, 1924•
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they con-
flict vrith this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
frorn and after its passage.
