ORDINANCE NO. 4170.
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DATE OF COLLECTION
OF THE.ASSESSMEKT OF BENEFITS IN STREET
IMPROVE1ENT DISTRICT N0. 438.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend Ordinanoe No.
4113 for assessing beneftta in Strut Improvement District No.
438, in order that these assessments may not begHring the
time for payment of general taxes.
N099 THENEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF' LITTLE ROCK, ARKAMAS:
Section 1. That the said several Lots, Blocks or
other sub.- divisions of real property within the said Street
Improvement District No. 438 be and they are hereby assessed
according to the assessment list for said Improvement District,
as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the
City _of Little Rook, and as the same may be annually re-
adjust-
ed by - -tho Board of Assessors, and that six and two - thirds per
centum (6 2/3%) of said assessment of the value of the benefits
on each of said Lots, Blocks or other sub - divisions of real
property within said Street Improvement District No. 438 shall
be paid on or before the lot day of July each year, beginning
July lot, 1927, until the whole of said assessment shall have
been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinanoes
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
