AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF TFL: CITY OF LITTLI: ROCK INTO a
AN I& nOV "''NT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS STREET Ilsi'?'OVII.ENT DISTRICT
NO. OF THE. CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Whereas, more than ten owners of real property in that portion of the City
of Little hock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned
the city council to take steps toward the ma3-ing of a local improvement do said
city by forming said territory into an improvement district for the purpose
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, TIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE VOCE, ARE.
Section 1. That all the real property situated within the following boundaries,
to -wit:
All that real property in Prospect Terrace No. 3 lying between
Southwood Road, Crestwood Drive and "L" Street; and Plots No.
195, 196 and 197 in Prospect Terrace No. 3; and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, B lock 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11 and 12, Block 2; all of Blocks 3, 6, 11 and 14; Lots 1 to 6,
inclusive, in Blocks 4 and 5; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 7;
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Blocks 12 and 13; Lots 3 to 10, inclusive ,
in Block 10; Lots 3 to 8, inclusive, in Block 9; hots 1, "2, 3, 6, 7,
8, 9 and 10 in Block 15; Lots 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 16;
all in Hollenberg's Addition; and
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, in Block 48; all of Blocks 49 and 51; all
in ''ula&. i Heights Addition;
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local improvement district
for the purpose of paving
Taylor itreet from the South line of "L" Street to the North line
of "H" Street; Polk Street from the South line of "L" Street to
the :forth line of "H" Street; "L" Street from Prospect Avenue to
the West line of Taylor Street; "I" Street from Prospect rvenue to
the Est line of Taylor Street
