ORDINANCE NO• 4144.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVEMM DISTRICT,
TO BF"XNOWN AS STREW IMPROWMEN T DISTRICT NO.
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDtRMS T=EOJF.
WIND AS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward
the making of local improvements therein by forming the territory
hereinafter described into an improvement district for the purpose
hereinafter set out,
, BE IT ORDAIRED BY ME CI TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Street Improvement District No. 469 of
the City of Little Rook be, and the same is, hereby created and
Rstahl i abed for the purpose of mating local im movement s therein
by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving, in such manner
and with such materials as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be for the best interests of the district, the follow-
ing street:
West Thirteenth Street from the west line of
Broadway Street to the east line of Gaines Street,
and from the west line of State Street to the
east line of Summit Avenue,
all in the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, in accordance with an
Act of the General Aseembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled,
pAn Act to Regulate local. Improvements in Cities of the First
Class ", approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the
boundaries of said district shall include the following property:
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, of Blocks 222, 232, 244,
266, 284 and 311, Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12 of
Blocks 206, 212, 221, 233, 243, 2690 283, 312
and 323; Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, of Block 324,
all in the Original City of Little Rock.
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, of Block 1; Lots 1 to 6,
inclusive, of Block. 13; Lots 4 to 9, inclusive,
of Blocks 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6; Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11
azd 12 of Blocks 8. 9t 10, 11 and 12, all in
Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rook,

All that real property lying Within 150 feet
north of the north property line of West 13th
Street between the west line of Broadway Street
and the easy line of Gaines Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
And the City Clerk is hereby orteaed within twenty days from
the date of its passage to publish the same in some newspaper
pablished in the City of little Rook for one insertion.
