AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
INTO A STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. �� �0
WHEREAS, More than ten owners of real property in that
portion of the City of Little Rock hereinafter described hade
petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the making
of a local improvement in said City by forming said territory
into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set
forth:
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That all of the real property situated
within the following territory, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 51 6, 7, 91 91 10 and 11,
Block 61, Pulaski Heights Addition;
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, S, 92 10, '11, 12, 13 and 14,
Block L. Pulaski Heights Addition;
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 9,
Block 63, Pulaski Heights Addition;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 52 62 9, 10, 11 and 12,
Block 54, Pulaski Heights Addition;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12,
Block 53, Pulaski Heights Addition;
Lots 11 22 31 4, 92 102 11 and 12,
Block 52, Pulaski Heights Addition:
All in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Be formed into a local improvement district for the purpose of
draining, grading, curbing, guttering and paving
I Street from the west line of Beech Street
to the east line of Monroe Street, and
Spruce Street from the north line of Prospect
Avenue to the south line of Hillcrest Road
(formerly known as NK" Street);
all to be located and constructed in the places and in the

manner and of the material that the commissioners to be
appointed may hereafter determine, and that said district
be designated as Street Improvement District No. 466
•
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
