WHEREAS, The present rate of annual levy on the assess-
ment of benefits in 2treet Improvement District 'To. 348 produces
more money than is needed to meet the interest and bond reauire-
ments of this district:

Section 1: That the said several lots, blocks, parcels,
railroad right-of-ways or other subdivisions of real -property
within said street improvement district ho . 348 be and they are
hereby assessed according to the assessment list for said improve-
ment district as the same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk of the 6ity of Tittle Rock and as the same may be annually
readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that seven pereentum
(7 of of said assessment of the value of the benefits on each of
said lots, blocks, parcels, railroad right -of -ways or otrier
subdivisions of real property in said district, shall be paid
annually hereafter on the 15th day of July, beginning with
July 15, 1927, until the whole of said assessment shall have
been paid.
Section 2-That all ordinances and carts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
