ASSESSMENT OF TI.M VALUE OF TIM BENEFITS TO BE
RECEIVED BY THE OV1N'ERS OF EACH OF TIM SEVERAL
BLOCKS, LOTS AIdD PARCELS OF LAND 11ITEIN STREET
19PROVAJENT DISTRICT NO. 274 OF TIE, CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKATS SAS .
WHEREAS, the present rate of collection of the assess-
ment of benefits in Street Improvement District Io . 274 pro-
vides more money than is needed to pay the bonds and interest
coupons of said district as they mature,
TEEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAITMD BY =-E CITY COUNCIL OF
TEE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA%: SAc__)' :
SECTION 1. That the said several blocks, lots and
parcels of real property within Street Improvement District No .
274 be, and they are hereby assessed according to the assess-
ment list for said improvement district as -the sauce now remains
in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and
as the same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors,
and that 7% of said assessment of the value of the benefits on
each of said lots, blocks and parcels of said land shall be paid
annually on or before the 15th day of August of each year there-
after until the whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
The next annual payment shall be paid on or before the 15th day
of August, 1927.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
