ASSESSI.MT OF BMEFITS IN STR`TT DVTROVE= DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the present rate of collection levied in Street
Improvement District No. 415 'provides more money than is needed to
meet the annual bond and interest requirements of this district;

Section 1: That the said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in said Street Improvement District =77o. 415 be,
and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list
as the same now remains in the of ft oe of the City ^lerk of the ity
of little Rock, Arkansas, and as the same may be annually readjust-
ed by the Board of Assessors,and teat eight percent (8%) of the
said assessment of the said value of benefits on each of said
blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be paid on or before the
first day of October in each year hereafter, beginning October 1st,
1927, until the whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed am' this ordinance
shall be in force and effect from and after its passage.
