An Ordinance laying off a portion of the
City of Little Rock into a Sewer Improvement
District to be known as Sewer Improvement Dis-
trict Ho .
WHEMAS9, more than ten owners of real property in that
�rtion of the City of Little = Aeak*.- in 'thhe 3e►te . c! sae,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps toward the making of a local improvement in said city by
forming said territory into a local improvement district for the
purpose hereinafter set forth:
Now, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 1. That all of the following described real pro-
party, to -witt
All of Blocks 20 3s and Lots Is 20 39 49 5, 60 119 12, 132,
14, 159 and 2.60 Block 40 Roy - bm : -send fright's Addition; Blocks 3
and 4, Hal smants Addition; Block 19 Central Heights Addition,
Blocks 30 49 5s 60 g and 120 Kimball and Bodeman's Addition and
Block 10 McIntosh•s first Additions all being situated in the cor-
porate limits of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
Be and the same is hereby laid off into a local improvement
district for the purpose of installing a system of sanitary severs,
including all necessary manholes, flushtanks, pipe lines and outlets
and such disposal arrangements as may be necessary and all other
work that mqy be necessary for the successful construction thereof,

of the district for outlets at such points and in such manner as may
be found necessary, all of same to be located in the plec# 6 and to
be of such materials and dimensions and to be placed in such manner
as the Commissioners to be appointed may deem for the best interest
